What can you expect as a result?

Okay, so the most important question you might have about all this is "What are the benefits?"
Well, I can't answer that and neither can anybody else. Rather, the question that should be asked is "What do I want to achieve?

Everyone who talks about sungazing mentions not-eating part. That's the least important part, because you shouldn't be turning away from the food but the food should not interest you anymore if your goal is to stop eating. Can you see the difference?

Hira Ratan Manek says that your goal should be mental balance. Don't be tempted to hurry up your results  because someone else wrote on some blog or forum that, after 17 days he can levitate, has laser eyes and doesn't eat no more.
Enjoy sungazing. Enjoy the Sun. Enjoy the warmth. Take your time. Give some time for your body to adapt to this new energy flowing through you.
Think about something nice, something that makes you happy. Don't think about money even if you need it. Think about what do you want to buy with it.
Do you want to travel? Where? What do you want to see there? Can you feel the beach sand under your toes or the snow in your face? Can you hear some foreign language around you?
Do you want a new car? Which one? Can you smell it? Can you imagine yourself driving around in it? What do you see? Are you smiling? What song is playing on the radio?

Money is an abstract misinterpretation of person's dreams. To make your dreams come true, you need to really be determinant and attract the object of your dreams into your life. Only together with your mind and heart (or soul if you prefer it that way, for me it's the same thing) can you achieve this. Only if your heart and mind shake hands and join forces together, Universe responses to your wish. Beware that you heart (or soul) doesn't care about the money, only the final products!

One of my goals was to rise my consciousnesses to new level. I achieved this in couple of months sungazing and training. I don't care if someone did it in couple of weeks or even days. Perhaps he can rise his awareness faster than me, but maybe I do it better. At the end, the race is only with myself.
I feel great knowing that I am now aware of all the same problems I had before, but now, I am facing them with awareness by my side. It's like giving you a fire truck instead of a glass of water to put out the burning house.

One of the most important parts of my spiritual growth was the moment I started to perceive everything that's happening to me as a good thing. Well, to be honest, I am still improving on this one. No one ever emphasizes enough how hard this is to accomplish. But the benefits are huge. Gigantic. This is Amalgam technique by Vadim Zeland. Do it as much as you can. Do it even more than this. Your life will begin to change right before your eyes.
My life changed drastically. I am feeling more
- focused
- calm
- happy
- in control
- mentally balanced
- encouraged
- enthusiastic
- sexually active
- some other things that I don't want to brag about :)

Once again, being positive isn't easy at all, but if you succeed, the world is yours.

The other goals I am still developing. I have a draft that I am going to share right now. Firstly, I want to become very rich. I want to experience everything this world has to offer, I want to travel, to live in big expensive house, to drive expensive car. In two words - to be financially independent. And also be able to do anything I like meanwhile.
When I achieve material abundance and live with it for a while, my plan is to give it all away just so I can start all over again but this time with more focus on spiritual enlightenment. But I am still drafting it a bit :)

If you haven't yet, you should definitively read Og Mandino's "The greatest salesman in the world". It's actually not a salesman book but a life-coaching book. Og gives 10 scrolls. A person should read 30 days in a row first scroll and after finishing it move to next one for a new period of 30 days.
Here is an example of a scroll (this is scroll number 1). Enjoy!

Today I begin a new life
Today I begin a new life.
Today I shed my old skin, which hath, too long, suffered the bruises of failure and the wounds of mediocrity.
Today I am born anew and my birthplace is a vineyard where there is fruit for all.
Today I will pluck grapes of wisdom from the tallest and fullest vines in the vineyard, for these were planted by the wisest of my profession who have come before me, generation upon generation.
Today I will savor the taste of grapes from these vines and verily I will swallow the seed of success buried in each and new life will sprout within me.
The career I have chosen is laden with opportunity yet it is fraught with heartbreak and despair and the bodies of those who have failed, were they piled one atop another, would cast its shadow down upon all the pyramids of the earth.

Yet I will not fail, as the others, for in my hands I now hold the charts, which will guide me through perilous waters to shores, which only yesterday seemed but a dream.
Failure will no longer by my payment for  my struggle. Just as nature made no provision for my body to tolerate pain neither has it made any provision for my life to suffer failure. Failure, like pain, is alien to my life. In the past I accepted it as I accepted pain. Now I reject it and I am prepared for wisdom and principles which will guide me out of the shadows into the sunlight of wealth, position, and happiness far beyond my most extravagant dreams until even the golden apples in the Garden of Hesperides will seem no more than my just reward.  Time teaches all things to he who lives forever but I have not the luxury of eternity.
Yet, within my allotted time I must practice the art of patience for nature acts never in haste. To create the olive, king of all trees, a hundred years is required. An onion plant is old in nine weeks. I have lived as an onion plant. It has not pleased me. Now I wouldst become the greatest of olive trees and, in truth, the greatest of salesmen.

And how will this be accomplished? For  I have neither the knowledge nor the experience to achieve greatness and already I have stumbled in ignorance and fallen into pools of self-pity. The answer  is simple. I will commence my journey unencumbered with either the weight of unnecessary knowledge or the handicap of meaningless experience. Nature already has supplied me with knowledge and instinct far greater than any beast in the forest and the value  of experience is overrated, usually by old men who nod wisely and speak stupidly.
In truth, experience teaches thoroughly yet her course of instruction devours men’s years so the value of her lessons diminishes with the time necessary to acquire her special wisdom. The end finds it wasted on  dead men. Furthermore, experience is comparable to fashion; an action that  proved successful today will be unworkable and impractical tomorrow.
Only principles endure and these I now possess, for the laws that will lead me to greatness are contained in the words of these scrolls. What they will teach me is more to prevent failure than to gain success, for what is success other than a state of mind? Which two, among a thousand wise men, will define success in the same words; yet failure is always described in one way. Failure is man’s inability to reach his goals in
life, whatever they may be.
In truth, the only difference between those who have failed  and those who have succeeded lies in the differences of their habits. Good habits are the key to all success. Bad habits are the unlocked door to failure. Thus, the first law I will obey, which precedeth all others is – I will form good habits and become their slave.
As a child I was slave to my impulses; now I am slave to my habits, as are all grown men. I have surrendered my free will to the years of accumulated habits and the past deeds of my life have already marked out a path, which threatens to imprison my future. My actions are ruled by appetite,  passion, prejudice, greed, love, fear, environment, habit, and the worst of these tyrants is habit. Therefore, if I must be a slave to habit let me be a slave to good habits. My bad habits must be destroyed and new furrows prepared for good seed.
I will form good habits and become their slave.  And how will I accomplish this difficult feat? Through these scrolls, it will be done, for each scroll contains a principle which will drive a bad habit from my life and
replace it with one which will bring me closer to success. For it is another of nature’s laws that only a habit can subdue another habit. So, in order for these written words to perform their chosen task, I must discipline myself with the first of my new habits (...)

If you could choose anything, and I mean ANYTHING...

Hira Ratan Manek explains sungazing biologically by setting goal of reaching 45 minutes of continual gazing in one day. He says that it takes 45 minutes for all blood in your body to pass through your eyes where it gets energized by the Sun.
The truth is, not everyone who reaches 45 minutes will be able to stop eating.

My goal was never to stop eating. As I said earlier I am in a pursuit of happiness which I imagine achieving by balanced mind (which represents everything that I have learned through my mind), soul (represented by my feelings and ultimate goal for this life on this planet) and body (which is essentially my soul materialized). As Donald Neale Walsch said in "Conversations with God", I want to create Who I Want To Be from Who I Am Now, using the power of my thoughts.
This doesn't mean I imagine myself doing nothing at all and fantasizing about what I want to achieve. But it doesn't mean there wont be any fantasizing at all, either :)

Take a good look and notice all objects around you. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was at some point in time just someone's idea, just a thought.
Let's go even deeper than the obvious material world. If you are in some kind of relationship I believe that you at some point in time, before you two were together, looked at your future partner and thought for yourself: "Hm, who knows, maybe we could end up together..".
If you are a parent you probably had a thought of having a child or children before they were actually born.

What am I trying to prove here? One simple thing I read so many times and finally found out it is the ultimate truth: MY THOUGHTS SHAPE MY REALITY!
Everything that exists today, material or non-material, was at some point just a thought. If you are uncomfortable with this point please read again, because I believe this one is so important.

Vadim Zeland, a great guy from Russia, talks about Reality Transurfing - a technique given to him by Observer, one of the custodians of the ancient Knowledge, who once appeared in his dream. The main concept of this theory is the "Space of variations" which is basically a field of information containing Everything That Was, That Is and That Will Be.Unlike destiny which is supposed to be only one for you and there is no way influencing it, in Transurfing you can literally choose from this Space of variations, only things that you would like to happen to you. The main tool for doing this is using your mind to craft your thoughts.

This is exactly the process of creating your reality with the way you are thinking.
OK, this is easier said than done. I read plenty of books about self-help and esoteric knowledge and I found very little about HOW to do stuff described in them and it was mostly by changing yourself in some uncomfortable way. Vadim gives great techniques to do this. I find two of them most valuable

1. Slide technique
Long story short, slides are mental constructions in which you imagine yourself already having the thing you wish for and act accordingly. Acting accordingly doesn't mean anything close to disillusioning yourself for something that simply is not. As Vadim gave great example; Imagine yourself in very expensive store wanting to buy very expensive shoes. You know you don't have money for a pair of those and you feel uninvited to the store, almost fearful to even be there. The energies around you (including the salesman) can sense you feeling uncomfortably and without any delay can rip your fantasy in which you have those shoes, in pieces, simply because you don't believe you deserve them.
Slides help you reverse engineer this negative process to your benefit by bringing you the object of your desires to your life.

2. Amalgam technique
Venetian masters produced probably the most famous mirrors at that time. Their secret was adding a little bit of gold to the composition of reflective surface of the mirror. By adding gold, the reflected picture was more colorful than in reality.
By using exactly the same principle works the Amalgam technique. Instead of the mirror you use your mind to interpret everything that happens to you in your life by adding 'a little bit of gold' which means looking at it and seeing it better than it really is.
This is extremely hard to do but if you succeed you will be very high in pyramid of life, on a position where very few are standing.

Okay, I know I promised to talk about MY results of sungazing in this post. I needed this introduction because I use these techniques massively and believe they are extremely beneficial. Next time I'll talk about my experiences using these techniques together with sungazing.

Positive thoughts and affirmations

When I first decided to try looking at the Sun for 10 seconds, It ended pretty quick and I felt almost disappointed because I had a feeling I could gaze for at least couple more minutes. My eyes were a little bit irritated by the photon shower and my mind was screaming "Are you crazy?!? Do you want to make us blind?!?" But physically I felt great and as much as it was very hard to calm my mind I decided to go with it and give Sungazing a chance. After a while I came up to 2 minutes of gazing and time began to pass pretty slowly. I caught myself thinking about "what will I do tonight?", "I haven't finished my work completely for tomorrow" and other everyday stuff, mostly not so joyful. I was surprised to find out that the time I dedicated to Sungazing was the only time I actually dedicated for myself and my thoughts. Even more interesting was the fact that my thoughts were mostly negative, worrying and burdening me in a sneaky, unnoticeable and subconscious way.

If you read great book from Donald Neal Walsch - "Conversations with God" you'll perhaps remember one particular thing he said: “The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew. Seek therefore, not to find out Who You Are, but seek to determine Who You Want to Be.” It means: if you are thinking negatively you will attract negative things in your life. And it really doesn't matter if you are thinking "Oh, please don't let me loose this job". Only the thought of you loosing your job is enough to bring that experience to your feet.
I've been thinking about this for a long time. A very long time. And finally, something moved inside my head and I decided to change the way I think. My plan was to eradicate every negative thought that my mind starts looping in. Not just negative thoughts but also over-analyzing any situation that I found myself in and also stop judging other people for making me feel bad. And I couldn't think of any better time for practicing my new thinking experience than while Sungazing. Instead of standing and just gazing, or even worse, thinking about problems, I started thinking about things I wanted to atract to my life. This was my first big experiment into this new world of positivity.

Bruce Lipton is a great guy who has PhD in biology. He was lecturing his University students how genes control our lives. One day he did experiment in which he took one stem cell and allow it to reproduce (from one became 2, than 4, than 8 and so on). That way he created genetically identical cells which he divided and put, one group in "healthy environment" and the other group in "unhealthy environment". The result was, dispite the same genetic background, that cells in unhealthy environment became "sick" and recover themselves only when he brought them back in healthy environment.
Okay, but we are people, not cells, I can hear you saying. Yes we are, and it's not just that we are more complex, and have higher consciousnesses, but we also are able to create our environment around us. And the tool that was given to us to do this is our power of thoughts. So how come we live in "so unhealthy environment" today? Never mind, I sad not to over-analyse anymore. All I can do is change my world. Here is interesting video of Bruce Lipton talking about this experiment.

The results of my experiment, with me changing my way of thinking only positive, were extraordinary. I will talk more about those results next time.

Sungazing and living without eating

I will not talk about or describe Sungazing here. There are plenty of great places to look for informations on the web.  Here is a official website of Hira Ratan Manek http://solarhealing.com/ who is one of the biggest gurus and promoters of Sungazing today.
Just in few words, Sungazing is a technique of looking at the Sun. You start by gazing directly at the Sun for 10 sec first day, in safe hour, and increase 10 new seconds each new day. The main purpose is balancing your mental and body health. One of the most interesting and amazing side-effects is the fact that after practicing sungazing for a while, you come to the point where you no longer need to intake food. Eating becomes something you choose to do or not to do. The energy needed for everyday life you gain directly from the sun. I deliberately called it side-effect because this is not the main goal which is to develop mental strenght and health. As Hira says: "Where the mind goes, body follows!" so by strengthening your mental state you are strengthening your body health also.
If you are interested in more detailed informations about Sungazing check Hira's website or google for more similar pages.

I started Sungazing 4 months ago and increased my timer to 12 minutes. Before, I was a 2m high 99 kg guy. Now I eat literary half of what I used to eat. And I lost only 3kgs. That came as a quite shock for me. Can you imagine eating as little as a 55kg girl? And feeling great and hunger-less at the same time. Can you belive that this man (down in the movie), hadn't eaten in 70 years?

Something is very wrong today when scientist say that we NEED food to stay alive. We believe them because they know things, or at least they are supposed to know. But all we need to remember is that scientist not too long ago thought that our planet lays on the back of a big turtle. That is quite funny today but back than, it was breaking news which "scientists" found out. Okay, they weren't called scientists but it makes no difference.
Let's get back to side-effect part. I also noticed that when I am unable to sungaze for couple of days or I get under a heavy stress, I start to eat more again. This is why the primary goal is to seek mental balance, I guess.

It's hard to describe the feeling you experience when you sungaze, Imagine happiness when you wake-up in the morning after a good night sleep and you know that you don't need to do anything but lay in the bad and have sex all morning, and you'll be very close. I also noticed that my health got better. Sickness always starts first in your head (more or less) and then the body follows. It really doesn't matter if your thoughts are pro or con you getting sick, it only matters that you are thinking about sickness and your body simply follows your (subconscious) orders.Sometimes, this connection between your thoughts and body is so strong that some people get sick only because they thought they were sick in the beginning.

These are few things that I started to think about few months ago. Sungazing is great technique in which you can use positive affirmations to bring something good in your life, starting with money, happiness, calmness all the way to health, seeing other people's auras and bursting your life energy. I will talk about this in my next post.

Welcome Everyone!

Hi Everyone,
Just a few words as an introduction to this new blog. The idea came to me when I felt that something isn’t right with the world today. My world to be precise. And i felt that I can change it. Not in some miraculous new philosophy way. Simply by talking what is on my mind. Here on this blog. Let us make something clear right away. I am not talking about making difference today or tomorrow because that is very hard to accomplish (very hard indeed but not quite impossible).
I am talking about starting to talk about some things that were always in my focus and I lost them somewhere along the road. And I hope that you will recognize what I am talking about because you perhaps feel like you lost them too. I don’t want to talk about losing things but rather about recovering them, remembering them again and using them to build different way of living today. Can you imagine your life becoming totally organized, positive, joyful, happy and calm? Neither can I. But I made up my mind to try. I started reading all kinds of self-help books, i started sungazing and I actually started to change my life, very slowly but noticeably for sure. I will be talking about my experiences here. I hope one day to write a book about how I changed my life. So let the journey begin!
